Fotini Fevri is a Human Resources, Leadership & Coaching Consultant with extensive experience in HR Management, Talent Management and Learning & Development within multinational organizations.

She holds an MSc in Strategic Human Resources Management from ALBA and a Diploma in Coaching & Organizational Development from IMPACT, with certification from the Association for Coaching.

Fotini spent more than ten years at British American Tobacco, where she held senior HR positions, including HR Manager Greece and Head of HR for Greece, Malta, Cyprus and Israel. During this time, she led major HR and organizational transformation projects across the cluster and in Greece, including Talent Management, Performance Management and Talent Review initiatives, succession planning for key leadership roles, and the customization of Learning & Development strategies. She also led the implementation of expatriate shared services and the integration of the STK acquisition in Greece, and was entrusted with Head of HR responsibilities during a critical period of organizational transformation.

During the last years, Fotini designed, developed and orchestrated a full range of training and development programs in subjects such as: Leadership, Coaching, Performance Management, Interviewing, Delegation, Negotiations, Customer Service, etc.

As a Human Resources, Leadership & Coaching Consultant, Fotini continues to design and deliver experiential learning programs that enable professionals and leaders to strengthen their capabilities and translate learning into improved performance.
