The ‘Crisis Management’ program holistically approaches the subject of crisis management, aiming to familiarize managers with the theoretical concepts/knowledge related to the identification, prevention and control of crisis situations, so that they can better understand their own role within the wider strategic planning of managing a crisis.
The program focus lies on practical skills and the role of Leadership in crisis situations, such as
thereby creating conditions of 'Psychological Safety', a strong characteristic of resilient teams that harness their strengths for a creative transition to the 'next day'.
This holistic approach includes the following thematic sections:
1. Understanding the concept of 'Crisis Management'
2. The role of 'Psychological Safety' and Resilience, in crisis management
3. Handling Anxiety and Fear /Meeting our Autonomic Nervous System under Threat
4. Analysis and Evaluation of best practices in crisis management
The overall objectives of the program are achieved through an interactive combination of theory and activities, therefore active participation is important and more than encouraged!
