The Future of International Commerce: AI, Strategy & Resilience
The era of seamless global trade is shifting. Once driven by diminishing barriers and integrated supply chains, international commerce now faces unprecedented disruptions—from political upheavals to the rapid rise of AI. Businesses must rethink how they select partners and build resilient supply networks.
In this lecture, Professor Christos Tsinopoulos, Executive Dean at Royal Holloway's School of Business and Management, will explore how AI-driven strategies and strategic partner selection can help companies navigate policy volatility and strengthen supply chains. Drawing from case studies across the UK and global markets, he will demonstrate how technology-enhanced supply chains foster flexibility and resilience while addressing the challenges of implementation and cost.
