For family businesses, achieving long-term value is crucial, but there is always a time that the older generations need to pass it over to the new one. How can family businesses regenerate successfully and maintain the long-term value they desire? Is it keeping up with the market trends and the business world pace enough? Is it staying relevant and turning crisis into opportunities? Is it preparing newer generations to become empowered leaders?

Alba Graduate Business School actively supports Family Businesses in their effort to ensure effective leadership from future generations. For yet another year, Alba  contributes to the successful regeneration of family businesses by offering two partial scholarships that cover 50% of the tuition fees for any of the Academic Programs at Alba (Executive MBA, MSc in Supply Chain Management and Online programs candidates are not included) to members of the next generation of family businesses.

The scholarships are offered through AHEAD - Alba Hub for Entrepreneurship and Development in an effort to encourage growth of and succession in family businesses in Greece. They aim to equip future leaders of Family Businesses with the required knowledge and skills, so that they can excel in such a demanding role.

The deadline for the scholarship application is May 17, 2023 for our September 2023 or January 2024 intake. Scholarship applications will be considered for applicants that have completed their academic application as well.
