This session aspires to empower participants with theoretical and applied knowledge that will assist them to understand issues related to organizational culture and explore the critical role that organizational culture plays in merger alignment and success.
The program also focuses on providing participants with coaching tools that will assist them to empower their teams with the mindset to cope with M&A organizational challenges.

This session aims to develop a customer centric culture, that focuses both on the external customer (client) and the internal customer (colleague / employee) and that utilizes the optimum steps and best practices for customer service management as well as customer mapping techniques. During the course, special attention is given to the internal customer experience, since it is considered the catalyst for external customer experience and customer service excellence
Managing Organizational Transformation and Change in M&A contexts
Merger and Acquisition (M&A) integration is a lengthy and dynamic process of change, determining the extent to which the initial stakeholder expectations regarding the value generated by the business deal will be met. It is a complex process that requires coordinated management, planning and continuous feedback. In this session we will identify the key factors that affect the success of a M&A integration, examine possible interrelations of these factors and explore interventions at both the business and communication levels that facilitate the smooth completion of the organizational transformation. Finally, the approach of leadership and individuals in a position of authority will be examined as a catalyst in the integration process.
