The program Executive Diploma in Customer Service Management unfolds in three separate learning modules:
Participants may select to participate in each module independently or to attend all three modules.
Upon successful completion of the total three modules, participants receive the “Executive Diploma in Customer Service Management” by Alba Graduate Business School.
