RCI 2021| Current trends in recruitment and the COVID-19 impact on businesses in Greece

More than a year after its first appearance, COVID-19 is still here affecting our everyday life. Individuals, enterprises and organizations, as well as the Greek economy experience it daily.

Alba Graduate Business School, in a continuing effort to support Greek companies to better deal with the COVID-19 crises, sets out to measure, for the third consequent semester, COVID-19 impact on Greek companies.

How much has COVID-19 affected your organization? Which areas? When do you expect to get over with the COVID-19 crises? Answer these (and some more) questions in the RCI 2021A survey and help us map the existing COVID-19 landscape in the Greek business world.

The Recruitment Confidence Index (RCI) measures trends in Greek labor market, especially in the field of attracting and selecting personnel. It also includes a “barometer” which follows the consequences of financial crises for Greek companies.

In unprecedented situations like the one we are going through right now, knowledge is power.

You can help us pave the way in comprehending current post-COVID-19 business environment and especially how COVID-19 has shaped business operations in Greece.
