The Barometer awaits your contribution!

We invite you to participate in the 2^nd round of the Recruitment Confidence Index 2012 online survey. The results will be announced in September 2012, while the survey will be open during the period June-July 2012. The 2012 RCI is carried out with the sponsorship of ECDL Hellas, member of the Group of companies PEOPLECERT, and Kariera.gr.

The findings of the Recruitment Confidence Index survey for the 1^st half of 2012 concluded in 41.7%  of the companies expecting to reduce employee headcount until June while another 38.5% saying that they will decrease salaries in 2012.

RCI has been established as the Barometer for the Greek Labor Market. The Index has proven to be a powerful business and management decision tool. The main objective of the survey, which takes place every 6 months, is to explore the companies’ perceptions regarding their recruitment processes and methodologies as well as the market trends.

More than 700 companies and organizations since the beginning of RCI in Greece (2006) have participated in the survey.
