INDIC@TOR enabled a coherent approach in implementing the concept of life-long learning by identifying the factors that determine employability in the various career stages. It provided a methodology and instrument to measure the level of employability as well as recommendations on how to improve employability in the various career stages. Furthermore, it provided policy makers with cross-cultural data on employability issues related to policy measures. At the same time it provided Human Resources departments and trainers with practical tools to enhance the employability of employees in the various stages of their career.
