Affiliate Professor of International HRM | Professor of International HRM in Birmingham City University (UK) BSc in Political Science & Public Administration, University of Athens, Greece; MSc in Public Policy & Public Finance, University of Athens, Greece); MA in Services Management (University of York, UK) and a PhD in Industrial & Business Studies, University of Warwick, UKProf. Alexandros Psychogios is a Professor of Leadership & International HRM in Birmingham City Business School at Birmingham City University. He is also a Visiting Professor at ALBA, Graduate School of Business and at Cyprus International Institute of Management. His specialization are on International & Strategic HRM; Leadership, Neuroscience & Complexity; and Performance & Reward Management. His work has been published in several academic journals and edited books. In August 2020, he received from the Management Consulting Division of the Academy of Management the Benedictine University Award for Outstanding Research Work on Ethical Issues in Consulting.
